Co-owner of Appraisal Associates in Sandpoint Idaho, and is a Certified Residential Appraiser. Jake is also a licensed realtor in the state of Idaho and is part of the Next Home team in Sandpoint. Jake has a strong understanding of local markets, and of course values and trends within those markets.

Rick brings his 15 years of experience in software, systems and project management as well as 10 years of real estate investing. He owns commercial property and over 30 residential units in Idaho, Wisconsin and Colorado. Rick is experienced in long and short term property management
